Ticket & Refund Policy

Purchases
Tickets are sold online and paid for at the time of booking. We do not accept reservations without payment. Your seats are confirmed as soon as the payment goes through, and the confirmation email is your ticket: give the name on the order, or the order code, at the door.
Online payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Changes
To move your booking to another performance of the same production, reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your original performance. Changes are subject to availability.
Refunds
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the performance. Within 48 hours, we will do our best to resell your seats and refund you if we can.
- If we cancel or reschedule a performance, you will be offered a seat at another performance or a full refund, your choice.
Conduct
Latecomers are seated at a suitable pause. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour disrupts the performance or other guests, without refund.
